DIY of the Week: Succulent Wreath
Who says decorative wreaths have to be saved for the holidays? There are plenty of beautiful summery versions you can create yourself to decorate your home. Here’s one from the Spruce Crafts that only requires a few materials.
Materials:
- Faux succulents
- Wood embroidery hoop
- Hot glue gun
- Wire cutter
- Wire
Directions:
- Plan our where you want to place your faux succulents. Cut off any stems that are too long.
- Use a piece of wire and wind it around the base of the succulents you want to group together, then simply twist those wires together.
- tart by hot gluing any clusters on first, then place the individual succulents around them. Keep gluing until you’re satisfied with the results.
- That’s it! You can add ribbon, string, faux flowers, or any other touches you may like.
